Reliable local workforce for international teams operating at EXPO 2027 Belgrade.
Opening day is only the beginning. Your operation still needs to run through shift changes, peak weekends, absences and changing visitor numbers.
The operating window
People get sick. Visitor numbers rise. A shift changes. Someone finds another job in July. Your pavilion still has to open tomorrow.
SAT Group gives you a local workforce resource you can turn to before and throughout your EXPO operation.
What we can cover
Division of roles
You decide how your pavilion should operate. We help with the local workforce process that is harder to manage from abroad: candidate sourcing, engagement administration, workforce coordination and adjustments when requirements change.
Planning for EXPO scale
Up to 2,000Our EXPO planning is built to support workforce needs at a scale of up to 2,000 workers across the EXPO project period.
This is a planning scale across the full project period — not a claim that 2,000 people are deployed at the same time.
Four stages, in order
Tell us your expected workforce needs before your team arrives in Serbia.
We identify and organise suitable local workforce based on the agreed requirements.
Your pavilion has one local contact for the agreed workforce support throughout the engagement.
When staffing needs change, we assess availability and help you respond.
Before you get in touch

Yes. Workforce needs change on live events. Tell us what has changed and we will confirm what can realistically be provided.
The pavilion operator / site user remains responsible for site-specific working conditions, induction, work instructions and applicable occupational health and safety measures at the workplace.
We provide a clear commercial proposal before work begins, including the pricing basis, invoicing structure and payment terms.
Share your operating plan. We will help you understand what local workforce support could look like.
